What does Sunday need?

Rosterbook is planned for small church offices that need people records and volunteer schedules to answer one weekly question: what is ready, and what still needs a person?

Launch status: Rosterbook is not open yet. The table below is the locked monthly launch plan, not an offer to buy today.

Church record sizePlanned monthly priceBest starting path
Up to 50 peopleFreeBuild the first people list and Sunday volunteer plan
51 to 250 people$29Planned import review, then a serving schedule
More than 250 people$49Unlimited people on one flat monthly plan

Rosterbook pricing source: launch plan approved August 5, 2026. Rosterbook is not open yet, and billing must be tested before these prices become an offer.

What would Sunday readiness show?

The planned view would put the office's next decisions in service order, without turning the week into a feature dashboard.

What belongs in the launch scope?

People work
People, households, groups, directory, attendance
Sunday work
Teams, open places, volunteer signup, reminders
Office work
Email, text after compliance approval, spreadsheet and Breeze import

Scope and pricing come from the approved August 5, 2026 product plan. Each must be tested before launch.

When is Rosterbook not for you?

If you need fund accounting, donation processing, child check-in, worship presentation, or deep song and rehearsal planning, Rosterbook is not the right launch choice. A church with an existing process that works should also keep it until the product is open and independently tested.

What do church offices ask first?

What is Rosterbook planned to include?

People and households, groups, attendance, communication, volunteer scheduling, and import are in the approved launch scope.

What is the planned Rosterbook price?

Monthly pricing is locked at free through 50 people, $29 through 250, and $49 for unlimited people. It is not available to purchase yet.

Does Rosterbook include church accounting?

No. Fund accounting and giving are deliberately outside the launch scope.
